SYMPTOMS

The Microsoft Terminal Server Client for the Handheld PC is not included in Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1). The Valueadd\Msft\Mgmt\Mstsc_hpc folder and its contents are not components of the Windows XP SP1 CD-ROM.

This behavior is by design.

The Valueadd folder on the Windows XP SP1 CD-ROM contains extra components that are included with Windows XP. Many of these components have not been fully tested for compatibility with Windows XP.
