SYMPTOMS
After you change the Server Appliance Kit (SAK) server name by means of the Web UI, the user cannot view the directory quota entries that were created under the former server name.
RESOLUTION
You must recreate directory quota entries after you change the SAK server name. You can still view the directory quota entries from the former server name by using Terminal Services to access the SAK server.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
