SYMPTOMS
When you try to map a network drive by using My Network Places, you cannot view the volume list of NetWare servers in the Novell Directory Services (NDS) tree that you are logged on to.

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2.
