SYMPTOMS
When you view the Templates tab in the Public Folder Properties dialog box, the Add, Modify, and Remove buttons are unavailable (dimmed). You cannot add an item to the Public Folder details template.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the option to modify the Public Folder details template was unavailable when Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server was released.
