SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) may render an acceptance message for a meeting request as if the recipient accepted the meeting request for a certain time. However, the recipient did not accept the meeting request for that time.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because OWA uses the current date and time of the meeting to render the acceptance message for a meeting request, instead of using the date and time that was used when the recipient originally accepted the meeting.

When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
