SYMPTOMS
When you try to delete a message from the Inbox, or move messages between folders in your messaging client program, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This behavior may occur in the following situation:
- A Web-store event sink is registered or enabled either locally for the mailbox, or globally for the mailbox store.
-and-
- The mailbox has exceeded its storage quota limit.
