To create a hot key that ejects the CD-ROM tray or DVD-ROM tray, you can assign the Eject command to another keyboard hot key. To do this, follow these steps.
NOTE: The Eject command is only available if you are running Mac OS X.
- Download the latest IntelliType Pro keyboard software version for Mac OS X. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/keyboard/ - Run the software setup.
- Restart the computer, and then open the Microsoft Keyboard control panel (in the Applications folder).
- Click the Other Hot Keys tab, and then click one of the hot keys. (For example, click Calculator.)
- Under Select a command, click Eject.
This causes the computer to eject the CD-ROM tray or DVD-ROM tray when you press CALCULATOR on the keyboard. - Close the Microsoft Keyboard control panel.
