SYMPTOMS
If you created custom views that filter based on custom keyword fields in Microsoft Outlook 2000, the custom views do not work after you upgrade to Outlook 2002.

This problem is corrected in Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 3.

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
This problem was first corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.
