This presentation outlines basic troubleshooting techniques for network adapters and modems in Windows 2000. Some specific known issues are addressed as well.
This is a Level 200 session that presented by Tom Feltes. Tom Feltes is a Microsoft Platforms Support Professional who has been with Microsoft for 6 1/2 years. He has been supporting Windows 2000 since the Beta 2 Release, and has previously supported Windows NT 4.0 and 3.51 (Setup and Networking specialties), Windows 95/98, Windows for Workgroups 3.x, Windows 3.x, and MS-DOS 3.1 and up. This presentation was created with the help of his coworkers Neil Carpenter, Frank Chidsey, and Tod Edwards.
