Session Summary
In this session, we will be talking about a new feature called Activation. We will answer some of the most frequently asked questions and discuss the benefits of Activation.
This is a Level 100 session that was recorded December 19, 2001 and presented by Eric Gurnell. Eric Gurnell is a Partner Technical Lead in the Excel / Office Setup group in the Consumer Support Organization. Eric was a Support Professional for two years. He supported Office Setup, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, and Newsgroups for Professional customers. Now he is a Technical Lead for Outsourcing Partners supporting Excel as well as Web Support Engineers in China.
