Session Summary
During this WebCast, we will discuss synchronization between e-mail systems, which is one of the most often requested implementation scenarios for Microsoft Metadirectory Services (MMS) 2.2 SP1. The specific scenario will use two autonomous Exchange systems as the source directories and will communicate by means of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). This discussion will parallel the functionality provided in the MMS Interorganizational Service Offering.
This is a Level 300 session that was recorded February 25, 2002 and presented by Bill Ashcraft. Bill Ashcraft is a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services EC3 National Practice. He came to Microsoft from a Solution Provider, where he specialized in global Exchange systems and integrating e-mail directories. Bill currently works on EC3's Enterprise Directory team, where he specializes in MMS implementations for Enterprise customers.
