Session Summary

In this session, we will discuss common issues you may encounter when sending and receiving Internet e-mail in Microsoft Outlook. We will also elaborate on troubleshooting steps you can use to resolve these types of issues.

He has supported Microsoft Outlook since the release of Outlook 98, and has focused on the product for more than three years.
