Session Summary

This session provides an overview of the new features in Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.6. Additionally, we will discuss, among other things, how the various MDAC components have been enhanced to incorporate XML. We will also talk about how ADO and OLE DB clients can retrieve XML data from Microsoft SQL Server 2000.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded October 5, 2000 and presented by Prash Shirolkar. Prash Shirolkar joined Microsoft in January 1998. He has worked as a Support Professional in the VC-Web Data team for two and one half years. He is currently the MDAC Beta and Product Lead for PSS.
