This is a Level 200 session that was recorded November 14, 2000 and presented by Sri Kasam and Ajay Manchepalli. Sri Kasam joined Microsoft in February 1999 as a SQL Server Support Professional and has about three and one-half years of database development and administration experience. He has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and is an MCSE. Sri currently works for Product Support Services focusing primarily on SQL Server 7.0 and SQL Server 2000. Ajay Manchepalli has been with Microsoft SQL Support for two years and is currently in the role of Technical Lead. He has a Masters degree in Computer Science and is an MCSE. He was with Compaq Computer Corporation for two years as a Database Performance Engineer, and was involved in publishing TPC benchmarks.
