Session Summary



During this Support WebCast, we will discuss setting up Exchange 2000 in the Exchange Server version 5.5 environment. The presentation will include information about installing only Exchange 2000, as well as installing Exchange 2000 where a version 5.5 Exchange server exists.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded November 16, 2000 and presented by Judy MacCallum and Channing Heffney.

Judy MacCallum joined Microsoft in 1997. She has supported Exchange Server 4.0, 5.0, and 5.5 for three years. Judy spent the last year focused on Exchange 2000, and has been involved in generating and delivering Exchange 2000 training to Microsoft Support Professionals. Her current position with Product Support Services (PSS) involves working with Client-to-Server Connectivity issues in the areas of Outlook Web Access, Front End/Back End, Conferencing, and Instant Messaging.

Channing Heffney was a part of the Exchange 2000 Beta team. He has been with Microsoft for approximately three years. Exchange (Admin support) is the only product he has supported here at Microsoft. He spent a year on campus learning and supporting Exchange 2000 on the beta team.
