Session Summary
In this session, we will discuss methods that you can use to troubleshoot display and sound issues, as they relate to Microsoft Games and Multimedia products.
This is a Level 200 session that was recorded December 28, 2000 and presented by Otto Cate and Mark Auld.
Otto Cate is the Backup Support Lead for the Action, Adventure, and Strategies game products, as well as the Links line of products. He has worked at Microsoft for several years supporting the Home/Reference line of products, and the Game products.
Mark Auld is the Product Support Lead for Kids, Multimedia, and Geography products, as well as Microsoft Reader. He has worked with Product Support Services for several years supporting Multimedia, Reference, Hardware, and Game products.
