Session Summary



This is a basic tutorial for Microsoft Works. It will discuss how to install and use the most popular software for the Home User. The session will review the core Works tools, including the new Word Processor usage with its label creation, envelope addressing, and merging capabilities. This is a must for every user new to the Microsoft Works integrated software.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded September 28, 1999 and presented by Bobbie DuFault. Bobbie is the PSS Product Lead for Microsoft Works and has been a Support Professional for several years. She came to Microsoft from a varied background of computer and customer service related companies. Bobbie has been a Works user since version 1.0 and has a strong understanding of the users needs.
