Session Summary



The session will discuss the features and uses of two great tools that come with Microsoft Windows 2000. These tools can help you troubleshoot issues that prevent the operating system from booting. We will discuss how to use them, when to use them, and what their limitations are

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded April 5, 2001 and presented by Salim Shaker, PE, MCSE. Salim Shaker joined Microsoft in 1998 as a Support Professional for Windows NT 4.0. He moved to support Windows 2000 Server and is currently preparing to support the upcoming release of Windows XP. He has a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, is a Certified Professional Engineer, and has an MCSE.
