Session Summary

This session will discuss how to use the Works Word Processor. It will talk about added features and changes in the Works Word Processor. You will learn how to create beautiful, professional-looking documents without a lot of extensive training.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded October 21, 1999 and presented by Bobbie DuFault and Jill Trehearne. Bobbie is the PSS Product Lead for Microsoft Works and has been a Support Professional for several years. She came to Microsoft from a varied background of computer and customer service-related companies. Bobbie has been a Works user since version 1.0 and has a strong understanding of the users' needs. Jill is the PSS Backup Lead for Microsoft Works. She started with Microsoft a little over a year and a half ago supporting the many products in IMU (the Interactive Media Unit). Jill has a degree in graphic design and, in the past few years, has gradually changed her focus from designing graphics on computers to supporting the computer user.
