Session Summary



This WebCast will discuss how Internet Connection Sharing works. We will talk about how Internet Connection Sharing allows networked computers to share a single connection to the Internet and how you and others on your network can perform different tasks simultaneously.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded November 18, 1999 and presented by Mike Ellis. Mike Ellis is a second-tier support professional with Microsoft. He started in the industry about three years ago providing technical support for an Internet Service Provider helping people connect to the Internet. He currently works on the Windows 95 / Windows 98 Networking team. His primary focus for the last two months has been Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) which has given him the opportunity to help hundreds of customers set up and use ICS.
