In this presentation, you will learn what operational procedures should be implemented in an SMS 2.0 environment. Using proper operational procedures can help ensure that your SMS environment runs as efficiently as possible, minimizes system downtime, and provides maximum return on investment.
This is a Level 200 session that was recorded October 25, 2001 and presented by Wally Mead. Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for nine years. He started in the training organization, where he delivered training on LAN Manager. He began working with SMS in 1994, and has been involved in the development and delivery of all SMS training courses for Microsoft. He now works for the SMS product group in the Early Adopter Program (EAP) group, and provides training for EAP members.
