In this presentation, we will outline all of the Network Load Balancing (NLB) features in Microsoft Windows 2000, discuss the differences between NLB and clustering, and review the most common configurations of different NLB scenarios.
This is a Level 200 session that was recorded November 27, 2001 and presented by Troy Reavis, Jr. Troy Reavis, Jr. joined Microsoft in July 2000, after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. He has worked specifically with Windows 2000 security and networking technologies during the last year and a half. Troy regularly delivers presentations about Network Load Balancing, TCP/IP, and DNS, to Microsoft employees.
