This update adds the following functionality to IIS 5.0:- An event is logged in the System log when IIS starts. This event is logged when Windows is started, or when net start w3svc is run from the command line.
- An event is logged in the System log when IIS stops. This event is logged when Windows shuts down, or when net stop w3svc is run from the command line.
