SYMPTOMS
When you try to use the Microsoft Windows Update Web site, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
You may receive this message although you are already logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if you are running the FinJan Software "Surfinguard Pro" program.
RESOLUTION
