SYMPTOMS
When you use the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) to create or to modify a scheduled task, you may experience any one of the following problems:
- The Add Scheduled Task button does not appear.
- When you double-click a scheduled task, you receive the following error message:
RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
This problem was first corrected in Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
