SYMPTOMS
The Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Usrmgr.exe tool may not display the "The password you typed is invalid" error message when you type a weak password, even if strong passwords are turned on.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the user whose password is being changed has a Terminal Services home folder defined in the User Environment profile, and if the home folder is assigned to a drive letter.
You can use Windows NT 4.0 Usrmgr.exe on a Windows 2000-based computer in a Windows NT 4.0-based domain to administer accounts.
