SYMPTOMS
To run the Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet version 2.0 on Microsoft Windows XP, you must install a Windows XP pre-Service Pack 1 fix.

You can set up BizTalk Server 2002 and BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 on Windows XP for development and demonstration purposes only. This Windows XP fix addresses basic functionality requirements that BizTalk Server and BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet need. This fix is not intended to allow BizTalk Server and BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet to run on Windows XP in a production-ready environment. To run a fully supported, production-level environment that is suitable for BizTalk Server and BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet, Microsoft recommends that you run this on Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
