SYMPTOMS
Users can use the user input device to drag a window to a position that is outside the visible display region or to a position that is hidden by the Windows Explorer taskbar. When this problem occurs, the user cannot move the window back to the visible display region.

Prerequisites
This hotfix is supported only when all previously issued hotfixes for this product have been installed.
Restart requirement
After you install this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu. You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this hotfix.
