SYMPTOMS
When you try to print to a remote printer, the document does not print.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you use a third-party print processor. Some third-party print processors capture network and printing requests and then perform them on behalf of the user. However, the third-party print processor cannot obtain the impersonation token of the user who sent the document. Therefore, the print job fails.
RESOLUTION

After you apply this hotfix, the Windows Spooler component impersonates the user who sent the print job, and then renders the print job correctly.
