SUMMARY
Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002 and MCMS 2001 support single-instance active/passive clustering with the following versions of Microsoft SQL Server for failover purposes only:
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with MCMS 2002 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition
MCMS does not support SQL Server active/active clustering.
MORE INFORMATION
MCMS 2002 and MCMS 2001 support single-instance SQL clustering only with the following versions of SQL Server:
- SQL Server 2005 with MCMS 2002 SP2
- SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition
MCMS 2002 and MCMS 2001 do not support multiple-instance clustering with any version of SQL Server 2005 or of SQL Server 2000. MCMS 2001 does not support active/active or active/passive clustering with SQL Server 7.0. MCMS 2002 is not supported with SQL Server 7.0 at all.
