SYMPTOMS
If you use the Schtasks.exe command-line tool to schedule a task between 00:00 and 00:59, the task appears as "Never."
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Windows XP Service Pack 1.

Task that you schedule in the first 59 seconds (for example, at 00:00:10) are still displayed as "Never." The first 59 seconds are not valid for scheduling tasks. You can schedule tasks during these times only by using Schtasks.exe.
