SYMPTOMS
When you submit a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) 837 document with three transactions, and the second transaction is not valid, the BizTalk Server computer may not generate a receipt if you specify a preprocessor on the receive function.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA 1.0. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
