SYMPTOMS

When a user tries to perform any of the following on a meeting request in Outlook Web Access (OWA), the information store may generate an access violation:

  • Accept
  • Decline
  • Accept as tentative


RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3.
