SYMPTOMS

When you use the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel to remove (uninstall) Easy CD Creator 5.0 by Roxio, Inc., Easy CD Creator 5.0 is not removed as expected. The program entry is still listed in the Add or Remove Programs tool.

RESOLUTION

You must manually remove Easy CD Creator 5.0 from your computer.
