OL2000: The NewInspector Event Does Not Run When You Click the Next or Previous Buttons

SYMPTOMS

The NewInspector event does not fire consistently if you use the Previous or Next buttons in a new message inspector after you apply the Outlook E-mail Security Update in Outlook 2000.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
