SYMPTOMS

In the Japanese version of BizTalk Editor, nothing happens when you press the CTRL+SHIFT+R or the CTRL+SHIFT+F key combinations.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 2.

MORE INFORMATION

In the English version of BizTalk Editor, you can use the CTRL+SHIFT+R key combination to add a new record at the position of your cursor, or you can use the CTRL+SHIFT+F key combination to add a new field; however, these features do not work in the Japanese version of BizTalk Editor.
