SYMPTOMS
You may receive the following error message:
If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error signature information is listed:

CAUSE
This error message may be caused by a corrupted fax job in the Queue folder.

Manual steps to delete the fax queue folder and restart the Fax service
To work around this issue, delete the Queue folder at this location:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Queue
After you delete the Queue folder, restart the Fax service.
Notes:
- Deleting the Queue folder also deletes any unsent fax jobs.
- Some folders in the path to the Queue folder are hidden. If you cannot view these folders, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu in My Computer or Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
- Click the View tab.
- Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
- Click OK.
