SYMPTOMS
In certain cases, Exchange 2000 Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) client calls may not use cache control; because of this, a message body could be left in the browser cache.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
