SYMPTOMS
When you try to print a document with multilanguage characters, you may receive an error message on a blue screen. This problem may contain the following parameters:
Bugcheck code 000000D5
Arguments f515bfe0 00000001 a0109deb 00000001
CAUSE
This problem can be caused by a bad pointer in the GDI Win32k.sys file from a copied structure.
RESOLUTION
