SYMPTOMS
When you use Web Author to submit UTF-8 characters in the ActiveX authoring window, the entered data is garbled and lost.
CAUSE
The ActiveX control for Content Management Server (CMS) 2001 cannot process the CodePage property, and therefore cannot display characters such as UTF-8 characters properly.
RESOLUTION
