SYMPTOMS
When you complete the following actions, the Address Book may display the name list in a wrong order:
- Start Microsoft Outlook, and then open the Address Book.
- In the Show Names from the box, click All Contacts.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list. Note that the last entries are not the last entries in the Address Book.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if the Windows 2000 global catalog returned incorrect results for the NSPI call.
RESOLUTION
