SYMPTOMS
When you try to back up files that are located on a server that runs NetWare 4.11 Service Pack NW4SP8A, the backup copy may include only the directory structure and the names and sizes of the files. No file content is copied.
This behavior occurs when Novell NetWare Client is running on Windows 2000 and you are using the NTBackup utility with the commands load c:\nwserver\pk411.nlm and pmload c:\nwserver\revfhrfx.nlm.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, use Microsoft Client for NetWare instead of the Novell NetWare Client.
