SYMPTOMS

You may experience one of the following symptoms.

  • After you install the English-language or Korean-language version of the Space International CDSpace version 4.0 program and restart your computer, your computer may continuously restart.
  • When you try to install the English-language or Korean-language version of the Space International CDSpace version 4.0 program, you may receive the following error message:

    CDSpace 4.0 is incompatible with this version of Windows. For more information, contact Space International, Inc.

    NOTE: To receive the preceding error message, you must be running an updated version of Windows XP or you must have previously downloaded updates from the Microsoft Windows Update Web site.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Space International to inquire about the availability of a patch for this issue, or an updated version of CDSpace. For information about how to do so, use the appropriate method.

English-Language Version of CDSpace 4.0

If you are running the English-language version of CDSpace 4.0, you can either contact Space International directly to request the patch, or you can upgrade to CDSpace version 4.1. For information about how to contact Space International, please view the following Space International Web site:

Korean-Language Version of CDSpace 4.0

If you are running the Korean-language version of CDSpace 4.0, you can download a patch at either of the following Space International Web sites:

IMPORTANT: The patch that you can download from the preceding Web sites is only for use with the Korean-language version of CDSpace 4.0. Also, as of January 1, 2002, the Korean-language version of CDSpace 4.1 is not available.

NOTE: If you are unable to start your computer normally, start your computer in Safe mode to disable the driver or uninstall CDSpace.

CDSpace 4.0 is designed to run only on the same-language version of Windows XP.
