SYMPTOMS
If the following conditions are met, you may see a Microsoft Windows 2000 bugcheck:
- The public folder is workflow-enabled.
- Microsoft Outlook has this public folder set for offline synchronization.
- An item is created in the offline copy of the public folder through Outlook.
- Outlook returns online, and synchronizes the item to the server.
- The item is accessed by the Exchange 2000 file system on drive M.
The bugcheck may look similar to the following:
STOP 0x00000027 RDR_FILE_SYSTEM (BAAD009A, BE264310, BE263F68, 804F9DD0)
CAUSE
When the message is synchronized back to the server, a corrupted security descriptor is created, leaving the Security Descriptor field blank.
