SYMPTOMS
This article describes a new package that makes the Microsoft Windows XP Pscript and Unidrv files available to Windows 2000-based clients. These files introduce additional functionality, and also resolve a number of issues.

Printer-specific updates that are new in this release include:
- Developers of Pscript printer minidrivers can add support for two features: AddEuro and TrueGray.
- Windows XP supports versioning in Unidrv and Pscript printer minidrivers, as well as in IHV monolithic printer drivers. This feature ensures that when users upgrade to newer operating system versions, the most recent printer files will be installed. For more information, see Specifying Printer Driver Version Numbers.
- Several COM interfaces for printer user interface and rendering plug-ins are new for Windows XP. The interfaces for user interface plug-ins include:
