SYMPTOMS

When you add a contact in the Add a Contact Wizard, the Exchange and Messenger option button text does not have underlined letters for keyboard access to the options.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

In Windows Messenger, underlined letters for keyboard access (access keys) are not assigned to option buttons. Instead, access keys are assigned to the heading for the option button group. You can then use the arrow keys to select the option that you want.
