COMTI Performance Monitor Counters Are Not Available Under Terminal Server Clients

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view COM Transaction Integrator (COMTI) Performance Monitor counters under a Terminal Server client connection, no data is collected and all counters show a value of 0. COMTI Performance Monitor counters are seen when they are accessed by all other means, such as remotely or by using the console.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Host Integration Server 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Host Integration Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Host Integration Server 2000 Service Pack 1.
