SYMPTOMS
When you print a project, it may appear as blank in print preview or blank pages may be printed.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- No printer is installed on the computer when you first try to print the project.
- You install a printer while the Microsoft Picture It! or Microsoft Greetings program is running.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, quit and then restart the Picture It! or Greetings program to detect the newly installed printer. If you restart the program and the issue is not resolved, quit all the programs that are running. Then, reinstall the software for your printer.
