OL2000: VBA Events May Not Work After Print Preview

SYMPTOMS

After you open the Print Preview window of a folder view, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) may not work correctly. The events of VBA may not fire.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because Outlook 2000 releases event handlers when the Print Preview window of a folder view is closed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
