SYMPTOMS

When you are using the Server Appliance Kit (UTF-8) to enable multilanguage support, and you type a user name that contains an extended character that has a diacritical mark (for example, an accent or an umlaut), the extended character does not include the diacritical mark. As a result, managing user names correctly is difficult.
